I come to this quaint fishing village to patronize the seafood in the Restaurant that was entirely made of wood ........sitting on wooden poles straddling over muddy beach during low tides ..and the toilet is a mere hole to pee on the mudskipper...sometime bombing them.

During high tides....sometime sea water gush through the joints of the plank flooring
...and that’s the time when seafood tasted best...with the salty stinky sea breeze blowing and the constant trumpeting sounds of waves smashing upon the fragile wooden structure
....creaks with delight.....makes each bite...each slurp so deliciously sweet.

No, I would never exchange this scenario for the posh “air conditioned...perfumed toilets seafood restaurant” of the city even though they have the best chef and the village seafood restaurant chef doesn’t even come close to cooking as deliciously tasty as their city counterpart.

Maybe...I am a hopeless romantic.
