Chapter 6 .a continuation from “for CK 2-88”

NO!.....NOooooooooooooooooooooooo ..No

I jolted out from my sleep…..feeling cold from the sweat….blurred!
Closed my eyes to relinquish the ‘bad trip’ of the reverie……gathering my thoughts

………..sat up on impulse…turned to look at CK
CK…I Called………CK

CK did not respond and…… was besides me….I reached out to her in a manner as if I would to wake up someone….…I shook CK gently…..listless and unresponsive…

The remnants of the dream suddenly roused up the impossibility of veracity….here in flesh and blood…the conscious being dusk upon me…..Frantic….Oh! GOSH…CK
I touched Ck forehead…..face….arms….hands…it was cold…icy sweaty.

I rushed to the intercom……Shouted HELP!....HELP!...somebody please help!

DECLINE Access ….QUARANTINE……from the loudspeaker.

CK 2-88 volunteered to be my traveling companion and as with all foreign lifeform, I have to be quarantine as a precaution so as not to endanger the rest of the crew with any unknown bacteria and virus that they have not already conquered.

They are from birth injected with an armory of active defenders, designed from protein block through advanced nano engineering, that will seek and annihilate all known virus and bacteria imputed in its electron thus eliminating diseases and illnesses altogether.

CK was in a self-induced shock that nose-dived the blood pressure…..weakening heartbeat…rendering CK icy cold…..Thinking…..priority …KEEP CK warm.

Lie down besides CK….held her body close to mine…transferring heat …..
…smelt the sweet fragrant of CK skin…the wine of CK breath …

CK..I cannot let you go…….it may not be right….I am joining you……..I kissed CK on the forehead…closed my eyes to sleep…CK….my Dear…I am coming to you….Heaven can wait.
